Returns and Exchanges
Our exchange policy is simple. We strive to provide you with the best coffee experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase from www.easternroasters.com, you can initiate an exchange within 5 days of receiving your order. Please include to include the order number, first and last name, and email address, and email us at contact@easternroasters.com. We will happily send you a new product comparable to the original purchase such as weight or quantity.
Exchange Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of exchange shipping unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.
Eastern Coffee Roasters reserves the right to modify its return policy at any time. Any changes will be.
Cancellation or Modifications
If you need to modify or cancel an order, be sure to contact us immediately via email@ contact@easternroasters.com. Include the order number, first and last name, and email address. Our coffee is roasted to order which means that we can make modifications to an order before roasting. All order changes made after roasting will not be made. All changes must be made before orders are placed.
Orders that have shipping assigned and show fulfilled cannot be modified, changed or
cancelled.
